Vines have been good to me for the last 10 years. Advise well on what needs doing and only what needs doing on the car. Any service work always been tip top, as you would expect. Service personnel always friendly me and give me time with questions.

The servicing team were very honest, friendly and helpful. Toby the service technician who serviced my vehicle was also able to find two issues that required rectifying. Dean the service advisor delivered an exceptional customer service.

Lets begin,vines pointed out first that there was evidence of condensation in the off side rear light housing,ofwhich was replaced under warranty, The part fitted has failed,brought it back,now they are saying they wont cure the problem.

Work at Heathrow had to drive all the way over to vines redhill to be told my car was a total loss .could have been told over the phone . Was picking up a courtesy car for over the weekend waste of time .the lady said she called there was no call.

Having finally made contact, my service plan didn't cover the cost because I have done too many miles. I have not done any more miles than my average for the 5 years we have had the car. Don't sell me a plan that isn't fit for purpose.

The general service experience was fine. A problem with organisation however. I booked a service and MOT and this was confirmed. When I arrived, there was no record of an MOT being required. Fortunately, the workshop staff were able to fit me in.
