I was contacted to have a replacement starter motor fitted (recall). Although I bought the car, and had itserviced at Vines Redhill the appointment was for Vines Gatwick. Once rearranged for Redhill everything went smoothly, thanks to Dean Orford.

I was blatantly lied to, I had my check engine light on and advised my car needed some 4hrs investigation @£150 am hour as the manifold needed to be stripped out to get to sensor,

£1,000 to replace an electric window motor is ridiculous. The car's on board computer had not been updated when I picked it up so was still showing as needing a service. The car was also filthy on the outside (much worse than when I dropped it off).

Would have been a 5 except for the insistence to use an iPad / electronic documents. Call me skeptical, but I don't trust anything I don't have a written paper copy of, you can't dispute that (but on a computer things can technically be changed).

To be honest, it came in for spark plugs and cost over £300! When I checked later, the spark plus cost around £20 for the set, and should have taken to do, it was around 30 minutes to fit, which means you are charging out at the rate of over £250 ph!

Despite completing the warranty work on my car, the sales team failed to tell me about 'risks' to my head unit prior to starting work. My navigation has been wiped by their software reset and it's £200/400 to reinstall it allegedly.
