Pleasantly surprised at their time keeping, I thought they would've had to keep my car longer for the job it was booked for. Also, the team are great at communication and have all the basic expectations covered.
Everything went swimmingly.

The service that we had from Rob Staines and Graham Pope was excellent. They were both very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very polite and friendly service from both of them.
Prior to my visit to Vines I had a battery issue while away on business. Vines agreed to charge the battery and leave the vehicle on test for a week - however this did not happen due to Vines not having a working charger. Diagnostics outstanding
Pleasant efficient timely
The service staff were polite and listened to any comments I had. The service was completed on time while I waited in the customer lounge which was clean and tidy with good facilities.
Generally good , only let down was difficulty in staff locating my car on collection after the service . It took approx. half an hour for staff to find where they had parked my car . Only other slight let down , car could have been cleaned better .
The service was generally straightforward and efficient, with friendly, helpful staff helping the process.
General feeling like I wasn't important and it I had strolled in in a posh suit then I would have been dealt with in a better way which is not how things should be.
I had to make several follow ups just to get responses to my emails and questions. On collection of the vehicle, the person assisting my pregnant wife stood and watched her trying to take out the child seat from the loan car and carry it to our car.
Service was completed in lower than quoted time, staff in car park (even in the bad rain) helped parking and navigating around the site easy.
Visited the dealership to get a date in a reasonable timescale.Waited whilst work done and completed in promised time at the pre advised cost
Car came back detailed clean and on time.

As above. I also received a video message - that whipped around at lightening speed (voice message anyway) rendering what was said almost incoherent.

Alena was very helpful and easy to deal with. My issue is not with customer facing part of the service department.
They let me know what was going on all the time, customer service was excellent, facilities were excellent especially if you have to wait for a few hours.
I almost always have to chase up the status of my car when in for a service etc and the phones often ring without answer. On previous occasions there have been minor mixups understanding work performed and I get the impression they are understaffed.
Only slight niggle was that I was within the period to have a free usb map update when I booked the service but this wasn't pointed out or offered and then a few days later I got an email to say I now needed to pay for updates and did I want to buy!!
Only shortcoming, could not offer collect & return within 2 weeks.

Our BMW representative, Patrick, has been incredibly helpful during the process. He also collected and dropped off our car before and after it's service.
MOT was quick and staff were very helpful.
As per the last few times I've used Vines in Redhill, the person I dealt with in the service department (Dean) was a credit to BMW. He was friendly, professional and couldn't have been more helpful.

Efficient kept me up to date. I didn't receive a copy of the warrantied work that was carried out, for my records. I would quite like a copy.
We had a first service on a BMW 320D. Car was collected from house and returned later that day. All went very smoothly so was very pleased.
I booked my car in for its first service. 3 days before the service date, a warning signal appeared about a 'drivetrain' problem. Vines of Redhill carried out the service & fixed the problem while I waited.
Result dry satisfactory.
They completed the service on time and fixed a problem with the idrive. Although I have been going there for 13 years there is never a flicker of recognition. Feedback was incorrect. Instead of "nothing to report" the car requires brake pads in 3100
I waited for the brake fluid to be changed and the job was finished quicker than I expected. Two cups of coffee and a pack of biscuits and it was done, didn't even finish reading the magazine I had brought with me! And the car was washed and vacuum
Service prices seem to have risen significantly and quality of car washing not up to standard.

I was surprised when I looked a few days later that all four tyre pressures were different and varied by 0.4 bar side to side.. I'm sure this must be in the service checklist? Does make you wonder what else was missed?
As well as the Amex issue. The cleaning after the service was average at best - think a supermarket cleaning but worse! The real reason for such a low mark is that I have emailed and feed this information back to the garage and been totally ignored!
due to recall on vehicle I was not pleased to carry out major works to my investment vehicle - limited edition Jahre 30 M3. But advisor took exceptional care with my vehicle to which I was grateful.
Had my car for over 1 month, called almost everyday to see what's going on, always told I would get a call back and never did, brought car back with a problem created by the technician, was being spoken to sarcastically

Took car in to check suspension as was not driving correctly and steering wheel has never been straight. They stated they had test driven and no issues. I asked them to check tracking. They refused. I have taken elsewhere and tracking WAS out.
I had to telephone to see if my car was ready at 5-15 after the car was taken in at08-30.
I had my car booked in at Cooper croydon the week before and the difference in service was unbelievable - Cooper postponed my service at 7pm the evening before by text message and never called me back again. Good job I also had it booked in vines!!
Most of this information is in my first comments. It was first class and will Recommend to family and friends, and be going back to Vines for all my services etc.

Rob stains the salesman was superb no pressure listen to what I was saying and done everything he could to get the deal sorted. Would recommend Rob stains and Vines of Redhill to everyone cant fault them. Rob stains is a big asset to Vines.
Over all a nice experience only negative was the price was a lot higher than a other dealer
