It would have been nice to have driven an equivalent model to the one purchased, albeit a different colour, as we discovered a couple of things that we had assumed were included but we had missed .

Nice that the car was cleaned, and everything seemed organised, better if: - a courtesy car was available free of charge -there was a fire alarm, it would have been better if staff could have kept us informed about what was going on

The moment I arrived n struggled to park my car as the carpark was full, a mechanic voluntarily parked my car and advised me to report to the reception whilst him taking care of my car. The staff who handled my check was also so kind n professional.

The service carried out was expected, thorough and efficient. I was called and told when the car would be ready. But when I came to collect the car(in the time slot given) the service manager wasn't available and I had to wait for 20 minutes.

I haven't given it a 5 as I haven't heard anything about being reimbursed for my taxi journeys yet. I was told to book taxis and I'd be reimbursed. As soon as this happens I would change my answer and rate the service I received 5 stars.

I had a mini service that included a check on the tyre pressure as one of them was showing as needing attention. Two days after the service the check tyre message reappeared, so I don't know if it was attended to, or I have a slow leak.

Feels the service was possibly rushed. As the schedule changes were made on the time of arrival, work carried out has not resolved, the light come back on the dash board. Hence have to contact them again.

Process of booking the appointment (and it's confirmation) was straightforward. Work was completed satisfactorily and car was cleaned throughout. Only issue was that the Traffic Info function, which I always have off, was back on again.
