I have been overall very satisfied however I would recommend providing some further clarity on service plans. I was never fully explained the breakdown of the service plan payments which has been frustrating to find out since collecting the vehicle.

Service was fine, but damage to my car is not acceptable and then ignoring it when I raised the issue is even worse. Makes me think that the company ethos is to cover up and hide rather than be transparent and accountable.

I needed my car to be analysed for ingresses into the driving compartment. This was throughly and resulted in finding a leak in the exhaust. The car is a company car and servicing is done by Kwik Fit. They were asked failed even though they mot'd it
