Our service and MOT was completed on time. Any questions we had were answered by helpful friendly staff. The customer waiting area was clean, tidy and comfortable. Very pleased to see payment by Credit Card re-introduced ! overall a good experience.

Safety recall completed and some other work. Nice recreationally area with tea and coffee if you want to wait. We went home and bmw contacted with updates and when work would be completed. Excellent customer service and video provided of free safety.

Barnaby was helpful, answered the phone quickly, and was good to deal with. But I was very unhappy with how dirty my car was when I was returned. When I left the car with Vines it was clean. It was very dirty when it was returned.
