A very pleasant experience from start to finish. I purchased a brand new M4 - was carefully taken through all the options and kept informed at every step. Chloe Bird and colleagues then made sure pick up day was a very special experience :)

After repairing a puncture ( and full service ) the check tyres warning light remained on !! I called Barney who said sorry !! so the tyre pressures were not checked! I asked Barney for psi and he didn't know.

One star off for minor scratches. In removing the original stick-on weights when rebalancing the wheel, the tech left scratches in the paint and did not remove the torn double-sided tape stuck to the wheel.

I had thought the drivers door seal which needed replacing would have required a second visit, it was done on the day saving me a lot of hassle finding another day to come in. Car was finished early in the afternoon which was a big help.

Unfortunately the following day the amber engine light appeared again and the central locking has gone a bit rogue. I was hoping it would sort itself out but hasn't as yet!

The service was very good as usual and it is very reassuring that I can still have a chat with Justin who sold me the car many Years ago . He is still with you and in my mind that speaks volumes for the business in general.

Dean was very good and arranged for the car to be delivered home. There is a small damage area ( probably caused by the recovery and not Vines) which I have informed BMW about.

I was disappointed with the response of BMW UK regarding the request for a goodwill payment, which was declined. Having raised a matter with Alison at BMW she seemed to indicate that a request would be successful.

Louis Cashinella was excellent - genial, polite, professional, informed. Just 2 issues - first, the loan car was a bit grubby inside. Second, I couldn't hear what the service technician said in the health check video - spoke too fast & wasn't clear

Two new rear tyres were required, which is fine, but the most expensive ones were offered and fitted, I approved it, so no complaints. However, good for a cheaper option to be offered as well as there are lots of cheaper tyre which are suitable
