Although Vines had the car for 24 hours, it wasn’t ready for collection when I arrived at the agreed time

Generally service is fast and efficient, this time I had to wait 2 hours for a tyre to be changed. I asked for the car not to be washed as I was in a hurry, but I did not expect it to come back with tyre adhesive left on the tyre and over the wheel
