Very polite helpful and friendly staff. Work completed as agreed with no hassle. Everything explained thoroughly and no nasty surprises. Dealer premises were inviting with a comfortable lounge area.
Absolutely shocked how two advisers dealt with the explanation of why the car I bought judders when cold. Also still waiting for a reply email I sent to the service adviser and also sales manger

I was very happy that the air conditioning and brake fluid issues were pointed out to me and dealt with at the time of my visit
I needed to replace the plastic cover of the r/h wing mirror as it was clipped by a passing motorist. It cost me £130! However Vines of Redhill ordered the part, fitted and resprayed it while I waited. They also valeted the car for free.
In addition to my comments above the team there are proactive and problem solvers - you always know you are in competent hands - unlike Cooper

The car came in for a wheel repair and a tyre replacement. After collecting the car my wife had to return because the car tyre pressure was alarming. The explanation? Someone forgot to check and correctly set the tyre pressure.
Service book wasn't stamped I've emailed them and had no response.
I've never had reason to complain.

My car had a few issues that required attention. But rather than having to take my car away and come back, I left my car at the centre knowing that it would be looked at and the issues addressed the next day and I'd have my car back as soon asap

The only reason I have not given a 5 is that everytime I have any wheel change I have to do the reset for tyre pressure. Sometimes it's fine and will reset & other times I have to return to BMW to get the service person to set up again
Excellent service parts ordered and painted in one day.
It took 20 minutes before someone from service to book me in. I even needed to return to reception to ask if they had forgotten about me. It then took over 2 hours to put on my winter wheels. The excuse was that they were short of staff!
Service receptionist tried to overcharge initially and couldn't get to the advertised price that was booked online. Manger resolved quickly.

Not only dealt with computer malfunction, but reported that I needed new tyre, although of course it cost me further expense!
Surprised that tyre pressures were not corrected as part of the service - visiting my tyre dealer the day after the service they reported that tyre pressures varied wildly from correct pressures
When I collected my vehicle, I was informed that warranty worked been carried out but nobody was able to inform me what that was. Within a fortnight of the Service the 'Ad Blue' top light came on, so this clearly had not been checked at the service.

I dont belive the checks were put in place before I bought my car. This leading to my tyres being bald after 5 months and also my wheel alignment being so out
The work carried out on my car was fantastic, as well as service camerars was installed and switche to me winter wheels for which I received a reminder call to switch to them. Patrick was fantastic and set up Cameras for me. very happy.

Typically good BMW customer service, somewhat let down by service book not stamped and some fluids not topped up .....so annoyingly a return visit at some point. Makes me wonder (rightly or wrongly) what else didn't get done.
Excellent service from booking to collection - really good. Just a point though on the courtesy car wash which was done so badly that I had to put the car through a car wash - best not do it at all, than do a bad job!
Our car was collected, serviced, updated, cleaned and returned to us. What else could you expect.
All as expected but the replacement front break disks and pads were very expensive. Buy a BMW and I suppose that is what you must expect!

Polite & friendly. Highly reasonable 4+ servicing costs. Car cleaned well. Relaxed environment & flexible, non-corporate, attitude. Useful 'home office' facility with drinks and biscuits. Vines are not owned by Inchcape! Parking needs to be clearer.
Mostly good. The free car wash did leave the windscreen dirtier with an oily residue that took a couple of days to come off.

Prompt service and very helpful staff. One point. I had the car cleaned as I set up a service plan. I always clean my own car. Unfortunately, I believe the valeter to have put micro scratches into the paintwork.
Mostly excellent, could have been more forthcoming about known issues in the phone rather than trying to discourage a warranty claim.
Dean did a great job managing my service/MOT. 4/5 just because you didn't have a fairly common part in stock, so I had to return the following day.
