Always good to have work completed without a hitch
I have to go back for another part as the engineer didn't check out the issue properly on my 1st visit (today's visit was my 2nd visit)
Typically good BMW customer service, somewhat let down by service book not stamped and some fluids not topped up .....so annoyingly a return visit at some point. Makes me wonder (rightly or wrongly) what else didn't get done.
Overall good service.
Excellent service from booking to collection - really good. Just a point though on the courtesy car wash which was done so badly that I had to put the car through a car wash - best not do it at all, than do a bad job!
Our car was collected, serviced, updated, cleaned and returned to us. What else could you expect.
All as expected but the replacement front break disks and pads were very expensive. Buy a BMW and I suppose that is what you must expect!

Polite & friendly. Highly reasonable 4+ servicing costs. Car cleaned well. Relaxed environment & flexible, non-corporate, attitude. Useful 'home office' facility with drinks and biscuits. Vines are not owned by Inchcape! Parking needs to be clearer.
Mostly good. The free car wash did leave the windscreen dirtier with an oily residue that took a couple of days to come off.

Dean did a great job managing my service/MOT. 4/5 just because you didn't have a fairly common part in stock, so I had to return the following day.
Prompt service and very helpful staff. One point. I had the car cleaned as I set up a service plan. I always clean my own car. Unfortunately, I believe the valeter to have put micro scratches into the paintwork.
Mostly excellent, could have been more forthcoming about known issues in the phone rather than trying to discourage a warranty claim.

Combined with the warranty services re the replacement car the inconvenience of a break down is minimised.
The faulty tyre valve unit was returned to me (in bits!), so I was able to go to Halfords (Crawley), who had incorrectly fitted my tyres to get my money back.
A simple "health check" which I always consider well worth doing and very good value.

The service guy Dean and reception girls where great but the car wash is not good at all. Dryed soap on the side leaving white marks on the car and it just seemed like a poor wash, I know it's free but at least make it a bit better.

They forgot to reset the service indicator so I had to do another 30 mile round trip to get it reset. The rear parcel shelf had lost one of its rubber Buffers. I was told I had to buy an entire new parcel shelf. I bought the buffer from BMW Park Lane

No issues whatsoever so far. Was thankfully not too far from my home when Coopers at Burgh Heath stopped servicing BMW. Very comfortable area to wait while servicing is completed and excellent wifi / business area.
I have had a poor experience over the past 2 years. For my recent visit I was told the car was ready for me to pick up only to find it was not ready - I had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be completed.
My 17 year old car was well serviced and returned to me having been washed and was gleaming
Would have been higher, but parking was a hassle. Too much space taken up by sales stock.
As previously stated the staff were very polite helpful and answered all my questions.
Car was left in the morning and was informed by text video and phone call on the progress of my vehicle.

Team were great and helpful - but items were missing that were promised as part of package I paid for e.g., wind deflector. This is still to be resolved though I am assured this process is ongoing.
Very good service and customer care; however more time should be taken with customers as the new cars are full of high tech kit and I am not convinced they are all clear how it all works.
