The service it's self on the day was very good
Easy check on with contactless handover of keys and courtesy car.
Everything worked well.
Was easy to book car in for MOT, was done in the time specified and was cleaned as well.

What I would expect from a BMW operation
Picked car up and returned on time. Remembered to check the roof as requested. Charged what they said in advance. Responsive when phoned and polite when picking car up. All very good.

When my car developed a serious mechanical fault the potential cost of parts and Labour was frightening. Looking after my interests they contacted BMW and negotiated the parts to be paid by BMW. In doing so, they hugely reduced my bill.
Excellent liaison with the customer and going the extra mile to facilitate the picking up of the vehicle.
I was charged for work which I considered should be covered under the warranty. I think charging for sanitisation should be absorbed by BMW/Dealership
Great service and communication
Disappointed to be told with less than a days notice that a sanatisation charge of £15 was being added to the bill, and i don't feel £15 is a fair price for the service.
Highly professional and kept me well informed.
Given the circumstances due to Covid-19 and the social distancing measures, things could have been quite awkward, but it all went smoothly and we were in and within the hour.
