Cannot fault the work completed, only the mega-price that one has to pay in comparison to other service garages.
I came in to get my MOT updated which happened. I was told of any issues that could happen, but as my car is due for a service in June/July, Dean advised that it could be done when the service is due which was helpful

It would have been good to have been told how long before the work would be completed after say 2 hours waiting. I waited 3 hours in all. Otherwise completely satisfied. Reception staff were attentive with drinks.

Work carried out as expected and even proved to be a bit cheaper than originally quoted. Video of visual checks sent through to verify any findings (which were all good) hence I felt informed of progress throughout the day.

I was dealt with promptly. The lounge was comfortable and was looked after nicely whilst waiting for my car to be seem to. It was also a nice touch to receive a video afterwards showing my cars condition.
