Staff are lovely at this branch, I had to keep cancelling my booking but it was never an issue. When I finally did make it in the staff were lovely, very friendly and dealt with my quickly knowing how busy I was.

I came in to get my MOT updated which happened. I was told of any issues that could happen, but as my car is due for a service in June/July, Dean advised that it could be done when the service is due which was helpful

I placed the order in July 2020. Due to Covid-19 I was not able to get the delivery I requested. Eventually it was produced in February and registered at my request, 1 March 2021. The sales person Justin Lambert was excellent keeping me in picture.
good service from Patrick Card and Jamie Gaylor but a small paint bodywork issue from the factory that needed resolving which happened quickly and efficiently.
The service from the sales contact (Josh Morris) was superb and the whole process went very smoothly, especially when considering the situation with Covid.
The response to my initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and in a very professional manner. Although the new car I had enquired about was sold they discussed options for a new build that allowed me to continue with a purchase.
