Excellent service but had to go back to get computer reset for service requirements
Staff were very professional and courteous, was allowed to spend time working in the waiting room while waiting for the MOT to be done. Very good facilities.
This Service Department has gone backwards in Customer service extremely quickly in my mind and other Customers that I talk with locally. They assumed that I would not have the extra work they highlighted done and handled the situation appallingly.
Friendly reception and promptness and quality of work.
I knew that I would probably need one new tyre due to puncture, but phoned to confirm that would have had to have new tyre anyway due to wear. Also sent video health check on car.
All work done, flexible arrangements, good communication from the service desk

I have always found Vines of Redhill friendly and professional when I have used them in the past and that was my impression on my last visit.
Justin provides a good service to me.
The only let down, they failed to reset the key so the car thought it still needed a service.

No issues with the service from Vines, they tried to reduce my bill, But i feel BMW should have paid this is full as this many components should fail.
I have quite strict time constraints and BMW worked well to accommodate these.

It couldnt have been better - sat in the peaceful, comfortable lounge, with complimentary coffee and biscuits. Its the only time I ever get to relax. I wish I could have the car serviced more often. Staff very friendly and helpful too.
After my car was returned there were problems with my sat nav and my full beam light plus a part has not been ordered for my rear view camera to date

From booking the appointment until driving the car away, the whole experience was perfect. The staff were fantastic, the facilities very comfortable, and relaxing. I was informed throughout the whole process. I can't see why anyone could complain.

Although there were slight queries during the service of which could have been avoided by searching for the the best product price though a comparison website, I feel the final outcome was satisfactory.

I arranged to wait at Vines while the car was serviced as I was told at booking that it would take 1 1/2 hours. This timing was repeated when I brought the car in.In reality it took just over 2 1/2 hours. Extra time that I did not have.

Excellent: only problem was that it was difficult to find out when car would be ready - phone left unanswered. Might be a good idea to re-route to reception after say 30 seconds, when the service adviser is away from their desk.

As usual the Service front desk team are very good, informative and friendly - I was a little disappointed that what was reported on the car as needing doing (brake pads) turned into pads and discs needing replacing.

In a recent oil change, used 1/4 a tank of petrol somehow and the oil was under-filled (again). This will be the 2nd time I've had to buy more oil within a few days of an oil change.

Wasn't happy when collecting my car, due to the dashcam being unplugged in two different location, clearly someone went out there way to unplug this, also make me wonder if you have something to hide due to all the video being deleted off the dashcam

I have been a bmw man for a whole now, however I was a bit disappointed that when I asked the dealership to stick the plates on rather than drill them on as I have a shorter personal plate to go on they completely ingnored me!

I have always liked Vines, I think the people display great values and are empathetic in the way they deal with you. Unlike my experience of Mercedes at Crawley. Nick Weller was great, very helpful and flexible. Couldn't do enough really.
