The service was completed whilst I waited within the time advised, with the provision of a comfortable waiting area with free refreshments and WIFI available. The vehicle was returned cleaned both inside and out.
The service always offered is SMART.
Patrick Card quickly understood our requirements and responded accordingly, including bringing a car to our house for a test drive and to see whether it fitted in our garage.
Although there were delays the level of customer care was good and the delay was explained.
The Service Advisor displayed excellent interpersonal skills, and gave very good advice.

The service was efficient but I did not feel a valued customer.When the car was returned to me the service mileage indicator has not been reset and the boot was not cleaned inside.

This Service Department has gone backwards in Customer service extremely quickly in my mind and other Customers that I talk with locally. They assumed that I would not have the extra work they highlighted done and handled the situation appallingly.
