As well as the Amex issue. The cleaning after the service was average at best - think a supermarket cleaning but worse! The real reason for such a low mark is that I have emailed and feed this information back to the garage and been totally ignored!
due to recall on vehicle I was not pleased to carry out major works to my investment vehicle - limited edition Jahre 30 M3. But advisor took exceptional care with my vehicle to which I was grateful.
Had my car for over 1 month, called almost everyday to see what's going on, always told I would get a call back and never did, brought car back with a problem created by the technician, was being spoken to sarcastically
Customer service was excellent.

Took car in to check suspension as was not driving correctly and steering wheel has never been straight. They stated they had test driven and no issues. I asked them to check tracking. They refused. I have taken elsewhere and tracking WAS out.
I had to telephone to see if my car was ready at 5-15 after the car was taken in at08-30.
I had my car booked in at Cooper croydon the week before and the difference in service was unbelievable - Cooper postponed my service at 7pm the evening before by text message and never called me back again. Good job I also had it booked in vines!!
Came in for a winter to summer wheel change. Tyre pressures on Summer tyres not checked. Drove away unaware. Low pressure warning light came on on the way home. Contacted service agent via email , and he apologised without suggesting I return later.
The only problem was I was kept waiting along time when I picked up my car

An intermittent but annoying rattle was not sorted for the second time
The vehicle went in for a replacement door mirror lens and at the same time to prepare a quote for replacement of the whole door mirror. I was told that I would receive the quote by email later the same day. This was 10 days ago and I am still wait.
Had to wait two weeks to get a repair done.
First MoT for my vehicle, unfortunately I wasn't called once complete. I was passing so called in on off chance. The valet wasn't completed that was advertised along with the MoT & safety check.
The job and Service met my expectations.

James at Vines Body Shop was exceptional. He was both professional and polite and couldn't have provided a better service. In addition Nick Weller in the Vines Sales Team was also exceptional, very quickly organising a courtesy car; above and beyond.

They were great, my booking had been messed up (see below) but they accommodated me without any problems.
I was given very clear information.
The job itself was done as requested. However I was told that a software update was essential or "Quality enhancement EGR" under a safety recall notice which I had not received. When I refused I was asked to sign a disclaimer.
Sarah Oickle is an excellent member of your team. On two occasions I've needed assistance (I needed office space / a fax machine) and she couldn't have been more helpful. She is pleasant to deal with an a credit to you

The work carried out on my car was fantastic, and I love the friendly atmosphere, and the salesman (Patrick) said hello and shook my hand, and the receptionist was very kind and offered me a drink and spoke to me.

Service was very good. Working in London I need notice to return early to pick up the car if it is ready. I had to keep checking each day myself.
As I already advised in the previous survey you sent that seems to have been deleted as you keep sending reminders: After collecting the car as soon as I joined the M25 I had a warning that all 4 new tyres were under pressure
So, so supportive, friendly and flexible. go the extra 100 miles to help.

I HAVE HAD THREE TYERS REPLACED 0N THIS CAR THROUGH PUNCTURES IN THE LAST TWO YEARS AND NONE IN THE PREVIOUS SIXTEEN YEARS AND THE CAR HAS ONLY DONE AROUD TWENTY THOUSAND MILES. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING RUN FLATS?
I was told that it was just an oil and filter change. Bit confused as to if the car was checked over - tyres, windscreen washer etc or not. Found the service deal confusing and not sure I understand it even after reading the document several times

Whilst at first a bit put out that the front cigarette lighter cannot be used as a power socket as all previous cars from BMW have. Vines explanation and their efforts to explain in simple terms was top rate as was friendly greeting by all staff
It was my first experience at this dealer. I had been previously (for 16 years) been using Vines gatwick. But the attitude of certain members of the service team is absolutely horrific.
