Unprofessional communication and attitude. Staff were flippant and discourteous. The problem I had with my car was not initially taken seriously and eventually was recognised to be a known fault.

Oil far too expensive-4 times retail price is a bigger mark up than expensive restaurant wine and completely inappropriate.Also you only have mechanical car washing which damages my treasured paint so it doesn't get washed.
Thank you I can confirm that our oil is priced the same as the other suppliers and we always price match. With regards to the carwash we only hand wash our cars this started 2 months ago. I do hope this helps

The service history on my car was not updated. This of course places doubts in ones mind as to whether the service was genuinely carried out! I now have to bring the car back to have this key part of the service completed.
I can confirm the service was carried out and we made a mistake in not stamping the book , we have mow arranged to rectify that for you
Great sales support and at no time did the sales team try to sell us something we didn't want. Car arrived sooner than expected. Helpful unobtrusive check, post delivery.
