I was mean to have an end of warranty check but there was no suggestion that this had been done.
Fully resolving the problem required three visits, although I accept that the fault probably wasn't that straightforward and technician didn't have a fault shown on the computer for visit number 2. We were then told how to ensure it is logged.
Maddie was excellent , very courteous and kept me informed of progress while my car was in. Even went out and started my car to defrost it before I collected it. Also like to thank the technician who actual resolved a very annoying rattle in door

My tyre was punctured 3 days before I brought the car to Vines. I firstly took it to Quickfit for repair but they could do nothing, the security nut was not in the car!So I HAD to come to Vines, but you are the only garage to have serviced the car.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.Secondly, the reason the car went in for was rectified, rattles, and is now a pleasure to own.

My windscreen had to be replaced because someone managed to dislodge my rear view mirror from the windscreen. My replacement windscreen was then damaged, so a second one was ordered. The work was carried out, but my wait times were long.
Booked in quickly before our holiday and the relevant part was pre-ordered in case it was needed.Car was returned valeted

Vines Redhill should be rightly proud of the service that they provide to their customers. They are proactive, attentive and keep you informed of progress. All staff are both polite and engaging -I have rarely seen customer service of this standard.
