The only thing that we were unhappy about was that they did not replace the protective rims; they were put in the boot.

Twice, messages not passed on to service dept. When a part had to be ordered, I was told that I would be phoned in about a week when the part had arrived. I heard nothing, so after a fortnight phoned dealer myself to find that it had in fact arrived.

The airbag had to be reset.
As I no longer live close to this dealership it was very useful to be able to wait while the car was serviced rather than take a courtesy car. This also game me the opportunity to have a look at the M4 which Steve Cutts kindly demonstrated.
2 tyres were an issue and failed MOT.
Took my car in for a service it came out with out the computer reset so it kept asking for a service, and the drivers seat was damaged.
They were as embarassed with the problem as I was annoyed and did all in their power to rectify the problem

They did make a mistake on my tyres, they gave me one Goodyear tyre and I noticed a difference. They gave me a refund on the tyre. They did replace the airbag.
