The problem the car was brought in for was not addressed, instead I was charged for a diagnostic which was unnecessary and quoted nearly £600 pounds to fix a problem which does not exist

Having booked the car in for a Warantee job, all we agreed to do was carried out. Whilst waiting upstairs to handover the key, a very polite and helpful lady from reception took the time to ask if I was being dealt with and we had a chat. Great
I was very satisfied.
The car was fixed under warranty (unfortunately it broke in the first place) due to a weekend in between I was without the car for the best part of Friday to cop Monday. Which Was unfortunate however the service staff did keep me informed
car was fixed but i was not given full explanation what has been done to it. been told this is due to car still being under warranty
Even though I drive a second hand BMW I felt like I was part of a privileged club.Accurate estimates, Good communication, and repair well done....and a cleaner car than I left in the morning

In all the contacts that I have had with Vine's service staff in the last 4 years they have all been professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Outstanding service. My car had to stay in over night and a replacement car was provided.
Very comfortable waiting area with tea/coffee etc and Internet access. Car was dealt with immediately and was returned cleaned.

Easy to book, very little lead in time from booking, while I wait service, gave me a chance to do some work, have a coffee or two , oh, and drool over an M3 sat on the forecourt. Not to mention service pack so no money paid that day.
My car was suffering from numerous very annoying rattles, Jim the technician came out with me and thoroughly investigated problems. He said what he thought they were and knew what to do to rectify them.So far all is good.

Overall very pleased with the service and price; however, the oil sensor was not reset at the final stage of the service leading to an incorrect oil level reading on the dashboard display on the drive home (easily rectified)

Overall, the service was very good. However, it was slightly let down by two things:1. The part I had requested hadn't arrived for when I booked the car in.2. I requested some estimates for some body work to be tidied up which I have yet to receive
The service department at Vines at Redhill is excellent. However, your call centre staff are beyond belief. Rude, unprofessional and quite honestly, you are lucky that I even took my car back to Vines, after dealing with them for over 10 years.

I had a gold valet and whilst the interior was fantastic the exterior was far more average than I was expecting.

Too long to wait when I dropped the car off for service. I had to drop and get to work but I had to wait 15 mins to see someone. Meanwhile lots of people sat at desks not dealing with anyone.

attention to detail by the sales person. nothing was too much trouble and everything was clarified so there was no need to contact bmw once our order had been taken I was kept informed throughout the process.

This rating goes to Kirsty Suleyman. She's such a professional, friendly & easy to deal with. Kirsty is attentive & actually cares about her customer's needs. She wasn't pushy & gave us time to make our decision. In the end we were happy to go ahead.
