Service advisor was brilliant. A very refreashing change from the type of person I've become used to at this branch. She was friendly, honest and didn't patronise at all.
The only reason I am not fully satisfied is awaiting a response to the assertion by Vines Gatwick when I bought the car that it had a service pack - but as this was init actually registered with BNW I have paid I the interim and await a refund.
My car got a flat tyre on Christmas Eve. Vines had no suitable replacement and it was almost closing time. They put me in touch with BMW Assist who were terrific. Got me a cab home and a hire car. Post Christmas, Vines had the car back to me in hours

Everything was done on time and no surprise in extra cost. The original quote was honoured which I was very pleased with. Car was washed and cleaned by hand when the auto wash was broken. This was also very impressive.

MOT ok but had to wait for the car after valet.
The issue was that the car software needed an update. This was very soon after the warranty expired, and we were suspicious as to how the car knew that a software upgrade was required, given it had worked without a problem for 3 years.
Melanie arrange and dealt with everything to sort out my car coming in even though it was just a small problem and everybody I met was very helpful

Arrangement, car pick up and delivery part was very good. However, the windscreen wiper now doesn't wipe properly & the 1st time after driving I had tyre issues which resulted in one flat tyre and the other needing a lot of air
THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED AND IN PARTICULAR SOMEONE CAMEAND COLLECTED THE CAR AND BROUGHT IT BACK VACUUMED AND CLEANED. I WAS OFFERED AN AUTOMATIC CAR TO USE IN THE MEANTIME BUT HAVING SOME MOBILITY PROBLEMS I TURNED THIS DOWN.
Work wasn't completed ontime. Had to re-book.
The service staff were courteous, they expected me at the correct time and the car was serviced on time and I was informed when it was available for collection.

My change to winter wheels was a shambles! Appointment Mon 14/11, waited but Vines could not locate wheels. Rebooked Thurs.17th, waited - again no wheels. Phoned Mon 21st, Vines had no idea what was going on. Going today 24/11 in hope.
Generic details on paperwork was incorrect. Both said "mileage" but one was the cars miles and the other was the kilometers. The paperwork needs modifying.
In the years I have dealt with Vines at Redhill, I have found them very helpful and courteous in their approach. It is gratifying to discover there are still companies who put the customer first, and that is so in this case.
My car went in with a fault message on the parking sensors which was rectified very quickly. It also had a winter check over. The technician sent a video within an hour so I could see for myself all that was checked. Very good service offered by bmw

We took the car in to fix a problem. It wasn't fixed as it was a bigger problem than first thought. We were promised a quote for work which needed to be done. We haven't received it and have left messages several times none of which were returned.
I had paint on my car that needed removing which may have lead to a potential court case. car was cleaned, polished and looked brand new and help was offered if case went to court.
Personal service was fast, efficient and effective. Showroom is a pleasant place to go. Time of opening is very convenient. Car is week presented after.
Basically the service was very good, however I was disappointed with the person who took the booking. He was unhelpful. Not a good first impression.

Justin gave me an excellent client experience - the pre-video was a nice touch as well as allowing me to be the first to drive the car - so driving the car to the petrol station. Justin clearly has a deep knowledge and is very personable.
