They did what they said they would
My change to winter wheels was a shambles! Appointment Mon 14/11, waited but Vines could not locate wheels. Rebooked Thurs.17th, waited - again no wheels. Phoned Mon 21st, Vines had no idea what was going on. Going today 24/11 in hope.
Generic details on paperwork was incorrect. Both said "mileage" but one was the cars miles and the other was the kilometers. The paperwork needs modifying.
My car went in with a fault message on the parking sensors which was rectified very quickly. It also had a winter check over. The technician sent a video within an hour so I could see for myself all that was checked. Very good service offered by bmw
In the years I have dealt with Vines at Redhill, I have found them very helpful and courteous in their approach. It is gratifying to discover there are still companies who put the customer first, and that is so in this case.
As soon as I got the car back the service light came on again, requiring another visual check - may have been unlucky timing, but annoying

I had paint on my car that needed removing which may have lead to a potential court case. car was cleaned, polished and looked brand new and help was offered if case went to court.
We took the car in to fix a problem. It wasn't fixed as it was a bigger problem than first thought. We were promised a quote for work which needed to be done. We haven't received it and have left messages several times none of which were returned.
Personal service was fast, efficient and effective. Showroom is a pleasant place to go. Time of opening is very convenient. Car is week presented after.
Basically the service was very good, however I was disappointed with the person who took the booking. He was unhelpful. Not a good first impression.

Staff very helpful, problem with my 328 was completed promptly at reasonable cost.
Because the problem wasn't solved and it has to go back to the garage for 3 days!

Service, etc, was very good. However, when sold the car I was told that the first MOT was included, it turns out this is not the case so from my point of view I feel the salesmen mislead me in order to help persuade me to commit to the deal !!

Because my car is a 2012. 740iL done only 25,000 miles from new and I had it serviced and went to collect it,and within half a mile the drivetrain warning came on and it went into limp mode?? Never done before.The car is not firing up immediately.

Terrible! We were like lied to and also made to feel like it was OUR fault when we questioned it.
The car was originally serviced before holiday. Whilst 1400 miles from home we had repeated engine warning lights and permanent brake fluid service message. It then took 3 weeks to get the car booked in at my local centre. Engine mgmt light is now on

my car was in for body shop minor repairs and painting, as my car is old in BMW's eyes I didn't want any problem with matching the colour so I booked it into the BMW body shop so that I could have the repairs carried out to BMW standard.

2 CD's were jammed and you freed them in half an hour and charged 50% of the quote.
Had the car booked in for an MOT. MOT failed because the nozzles was not spraying water to the headlights and the windscreen. Solution: fill up the windscreen reservoir with water. It was misleading by saying that the nozzles are blocked.
My car was serviced very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned when I collected it.
Service advisors were polite and professional, kept me well informed, offered lift to station.

Handover was excellent. Would prefer to have more regular and formal updates prior to handover date (eg formal confirmation of build spec, pricing etc) so we don't worry about these.
