There wasn't anything I didn't like , the waiting area is very comfy and great facilities, always clean, receptionist, Jane gives a warm welcome, the service lady Maddie, was efficient, friendly and had everything ready at 3 as promised.

Easy to book, very little lead in time from booking, while I wait service, gave me a chance to do some work, have a coffee or two , oh, and drool over an M3 sat on the forecourt. Not to mention service pack so no money paid that day.
It resolved my problem to my satisfaction.
My car was suffering from numerous very annoying rattles, Jim the technician came out with me and thoroughly investigated problems. He said what he thought they were and knew what to do to rectify them.So far all is good.

Overall very pleased with the service and price; however, the oil sensor was not reset at the final stage of the service leading to an incorrect oil level reading on the dashboard display on the drive home (easily rectified)

Overall, the service was very good. However, it was slightly let down by two things:1. The part I had requested hadn't arrived for when I booked the car in.2. I requested some estimates for some body work to be tidied up which I have yet to receive
The service department at Vines at Redhill is excellent. However, your call centre staff are beyond belief. Rude, unprofessional and quite honestly, you are lucky that I even took my car back to Vines, after dealing with them for over 10 years.

I had a gold valet and whilst the interior was fantastic the exterior was far more average than I was expecting.

I am still waiting to hear back from the dealer after emailing Kiera Morrison last week Wednesday. Still waiting.
Too long to wait when I dropped the car off for service. I had to drop and get to work but I had to wait 15 mins to see someone. Meanwhile lots of people sat at desks not dealing with anyone.

Apparently the service book was not in the car. I am at a complete loss to understand this. This was its first service and it hasn't been anywhere else

Work scheduled was completed on the day the car was taken to the dealership but due to a software update that I was not informed about, the vehicle was not ready for me to collect.

I was informed that the car would be washed and valeted. When I picked up the far the outside finish was poorer than when left. It appeared to have been jetted with water and left to dry. It was dirty with water stains all over. The inside was dirty.
Disappointed with the cleaning of the car after wheel change completed. Not done at all well, this has happened the last few times that my car has been in the garage.
Everything was ok.
This BMW dealer provides me with excellent service every time. I would not wish to buy my next car from anywhere else, because they are First Class in both the showroom and the service department.

The sales assistant Kirsty was outstanding throughoutand helped me and kept me up to date with my purchase, bit unhappy with the original test drive by another sales assistant taking the car on my allocated slot to demonstrate to his custom
