Customer service is disgraceful. I have never had customer service as bad as I have had there. I complaint has been made to the manager.

I used VInes for my service and repairs sometime ago & during one of such visit, I was given a repair quote but wasn't able to proceed at that time. However, I recently took it in for diagnostic but the quote given was 500% more for the same repairs.

The car collected was from me, and the coolant tank replaced, but returned the next day in an extremely dirty state. I had cleaned the car the day before, so I was disappointed it was returned so dirty!

I was happy with the work carried out but was absolutely disgusted that someone had taken money from my car. I cleared out my car and left some money in it because I had a slow puncture and left it there in case I needed to pump up my tyres on my way

The receptionist made me feel a bit inadequate because I didn't have a service plan. Also despite the staff noting the windscreen fluid was low, they didn't top this up for me. It would've been a nice gesture to do this as part of the service!
