Had telephoned and booked a value service. However the bill presented was not based on the value service price. The bill was corrected when I questioned it. I would have expected the bill to have been presented correctly at the outset.
They did not carry out the MOT as requested.
The only problem was a failure to stamp the Service Record Book, which the engineer stated he could not find. It was actually in the boot of the car on the day! I will now have to return to Vines to get this stamped, which is not ideal.
My car was in for 1st MOT I was told about the brake fluid change which would cost £10 so I agreed to that. Mot was £44 so my total should have been £54. My car passed but my bill came to £166 which I'm not happy about.
The customer service from Justin Lambert was the reason we changed our minds from ordering a Mercedes to a getting a BMW. First class service from start to finish. Thank you.
Vines and more specifically Justin have been first class in their approach to my purchase and each section has been moved onto seamlessly without any problems. Being disabled this was what I specifically both wanted and needed.
I had to return my vehicle to the centre on this occassion due to the service warning light not being reset.

Vines,and Nick Weller in particular, knocked spots off my previous BMW experiences with Coopers Banstead and Cobham.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the car had a valet which was a nice touch.
No complaints at all. Dropped car off for its first MOT, worked upstairs on the available WIFI with coffee for refreshment and car was ready and beautifully cleaned exactly on-time as promised by your service staff.

It took them a while to find the fault but it has now been sorted.
I had booked an appointment two weeks earlier but it was not registered to come into the centre. However it was quickly sorted out.
valet could have been better.

It was collected and dropped off on time, no issues with the customer service, but I telephoned up before hand to ask for a valuation of my car as it was a Company one and I wanted to buy it. I asked again when I got there but no one was forthcoming
This was a drop visit at short notice.

I know Michael Lawson from the 3 Minis (2 brand new) he sold my wife and son and so my decision to come to Vines was based on my previous dealings with him. He didn't disappoint and completely exceeded my expectations - again.
I was very satisfied.
The staff were all good, but they don't do the drop of service.
