Although Vines had the car for 24 hours, it wasnt ready for collection when I arrived at the agreed time
Value for money.
The radiator problem was fixed but the speaker issue wasnt despite them saying it was. Most interactions seemed quite standoffish like they would rather I wasnt dealing with them atall. I certainly didnt feel like a valued paying customer

I had to wait three weeks to get the car booked in which is unusualI find dealing with a centralised switchboard to be misleading and annoying as they send messages which do not get picked up promptlyThe sevice team have no idea I have bought 8 car
The Service experience was very good particularly the video report.
The car was presented back to me with a tyre pressure warning notification which was impossible to remove from the screen - I called service section who said that this was a computer error which could only be resolved by returning the car to Vines
Fast service and tech took the time to come out with me to identify the rattle coming frot he front suspension

Staff were polite and helpful but when I picked up the car the seats,mirrors and someone elses phone was programmed into the I drive and there was 20miles more on the Speedo

Service for what we went in for was completed without fuss.However very disappointed that the left front alloy wheel has been damaged whilst in the garage. Would have been more respectful to let us know before we got it home.

Body shop, service and sales staff were superb. Wing mirror repair and finish done fast & very professionally. Great flexibility too, looking after my car whilst I was on overseas business trip. 4 stars=repair costs very high & car was not washed.
Had to return the car as parts not fitted correctly, if a road test been carried out this error would have been identified.

I was pleased when BMW got in touch with me to remind me about my MOT. As last year, we agreed to do the annual service at the same time. But this did not get through to the service dept which initially only did the MOT.

The service manager is the best I have experienced across any BMW dealership. Friendly, knowledgeable but most importantly he cared about the customer and about the cars that passes through

The vehicle was in the workshop for 5 days; not notified on the day the vehicle was ready for collection. Collected the vehicle and Saturday AM and noticed an unusual noise in the cabin. I have reported this and need to return the car to the workshop

This time the service dept was great. Barnaby arranged this at short notice via email from me and it was all done and dusted in 3 hrs with tyre change including. Excellent service.

Generally service is fast and efficient, this time I had to wait 2 hours for a tyre to be changed. I asked for the car not to be washed as I was in a hurry, but I did not expect it to come back with tyre adhesive left on the tyre and over the wheel
Service was carried out satisfactorily but booking the service was annoying due to the hard sell of a service plan that I didnt want
The highly priced quotations for general service maintenance are still a challenge where the specified job can actually be completed at more cost effectively.
My car was booked in work carried out without hassle. Only negative, parking is a nightmare.
Brakes are still somewhat noisy otherwise everything is ok. Site parking on the day was poor. Good customer facilities if you wait while your car is being serviced.

Although satisfied with the staff I felt that the three and a half hour wait for my car which was undergoing an MOT was somewhat excessive. It seemed that perhaps the problem was a Monday morning and an acute shortage of staff. I may be wrong.

The experience was positive without hard sell but with good suggestions of options. The handover was very good with good explanation of functions and a willingness to explain further if required in particular areas
David Coomber the sales advisor was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful throughout the process. Everyone else I dealt with at the centre was polite & helpful.
It was delivered 3 weeks later than expected and it felt like it was delayed deliberately.
