The service was good but I had to wait for two tyres.
I mentioned upgrading the car and in particular a nice car they had on the forecourt. No offer of an appointment to view / discuss further. No quick drop-off or pick up facility eg secure key drop facility.
had it a long time and expensive.
I was sent a message from BMW group with a special offer on Sat Nav upgrades. Vines did not know anything about this. However, it was sorted within 24 hours. No fault of Vines, lack of communication from BMW group to dealers.
This was for an MoT.
This was a second visit to Vines. An earlier visit for a 'Transmission Fault' warning light had not been successfully resolved but in the meantime several other warnings were displayed. These new warnings were resolved but the original problem remain
There is a stage before this, when booking a call centre quotes for the work. That didn't go well. There was more to add which wasn't expected.
A part was broken and I was charged extra to fix
The personnel were fine. My concern relates to being charged £60 plus vat for checking the condition of the battery. I would have expected this tiny job to be done for free or a nominal charge for the benefit of future goodwill.
Bought car brand new less than 18 months ago. The front washer jet developed a fault and was charged £162 to get the filter unclogged. Was told that the clog was caused by not using 'official BMW washer fluid'.
Had telephoned and booked a value service. However the bill presented was not based on the value service price. The bill was corrected when I questioned it. I would have expected the bill to have been presented correctly at the outset.
They did not carry out the MOT as requested.
The only problem was a failure to stamp the Service Record Book, which the engineer stated he could not find. It was actually in the boot of the car on the day! I will now have to return to Vines to get this stamped, which is not ideal.
My car was in for 1st MOT I was told about the brake fluid change which would cost £10 so I agreed to that. Mot was £44 so my total should have been £54. My car passed but my bill came to £166 which I'm not happy about.
I had to return my vehicle to the centre on this occassion due to the service warning light not being reset.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the car had a valet which was a nice touch.
No complaints at all. Dropped car off for its first MOT, worked upstairs on the available WIFI with coffee for refreshment and car was ready and beautifully cleaned exactly on-time as promised by your service staff.
It took them a while to find the fault but it has now been sorted.
I had booked an appointment two weeks earlier but it was not registered to come into the centre. However it was quickly sorted out.
valet could have been better.
Very good experience.
Really happy with the service.
Very impressed and professional
very professional service
The customer service from Justin Lambert was the reason we changed our minds from ordering a Mercedes to a getting a BMW. First class service from start to finish. Thank you.
Vines and more specifically Justin have been first class in their approach to my purchase and each section has been moved onto seamlessly without any problems. Being disabled this was what I specifically both wanted and needed.
Vines, and Nick Weller in particular, knocked spots off my previous BMW experiences with Coopers Banstead and Cobham.
Micheal was very good
Excellent customer service from beginning to end from Nick Weller
