Apparently the service book was not in the car. I am at a complete loss to understand this. This was its first service and it hasn't been anywhere else
every thing i requested was given to me.

From the time of booking to picking the car up on completion everything about the experience was seamless and professionally handled no hidden surprises. Communication being key right down to the courtesy call a few days later. Well done.
Work scheduled was completed on the day the car was taken to the dealership but due to a software update that I was not informed about, the vehicle was not ready for me to collect.
I was informed that the car would be washed and valeted. When I picked up the far the outside finish was poorer than when left. It appeared to have been jetted with water and left to dry. It was dirty with water stains all over. The inside was dirty.

Disappointed with the cleaning of the car after wheel change completed. Not done at all well, this has happened the last few times that my car has been in the garage.

This BMW dealer provides me with excellent service every time. I would not wish to buy my next car from anywhere else, because they are First Class in both the showroom and the service department.
Even though I had to have a new tyre the I was waiting for 2.5 hours rather than "upto 1.5 hours".Since I ahve had the car back the auto boot closure doesn't work! Someone called to ask how the MOT went and when I called back no one answered!

Because BMW (not Vines) took 3 months to source and deliver a replacement windscreen.

Peter was very helpful & kept in contact. Great service. The only criticism, is that I am still on your system as Mr Pomroy. That's my dad, who also owns a BMW, so it is confusing. I am Miss Pomroy, and always have been, please can this be amended.
Car was booked in for a Gold valet but it was disappointing that the specific area I was brining in to be addressed could not be cleaned thoroughly. I received follow-up calls from Kiera to see if everything was ok. Comments continued in next box:
Car was offered to be cleaned but as actually less clean than when I left it, muddy footprints on the driver side carpetsI assume you carried out the service as promised
The work carried out was excellent but the communications were poor. I had to phone the garage on the Friday to find if the car was ready. It wasn't and parts had been ordered so it was needed for an extra day. Saturday communications were even worse
The booking was taken efficiently and diagnostics/repair were carried out in good time. I was kept abreast of the work by the service advisor and he even procured a loan car out of thin air when it was apparent the car would need to be kept overnight
Brand new car is broken after one trip. Car is still at Vines ten days later. No feedback. No idea when I will get my car back.

My car has comeback with stain on the drivers seat and the car sound like a washing machine when you start it and the NOX sensor should improve my car performance but the car is running poorly
Checking in was quick, work done, car returned clean on time. However it's a long walk to the station and only one lift time is offered. Why not offer a shuttle service to where the footpath to Salfords meets the main road?

The service work was carried out efficiently. The inspection produced an extensive list of items which had been priced. However 3 of these expensive items concerned possible minor oil leaks which were not detectable by another garage
The left indicator light required replacing You then had to diagnose this on you machine This cost as much as the part

Overall service was good, asked for winter tyres to be changed back to normal tyres. What I picked up the car, the tyres had been changed, but the tyres were very low pressure, with TMP warning light. I had to take it to the petrol station to pump up
Having recently taken VW to task over its very aggressive approach to similar surveys I rather feel for the future of your staff if I say I am only very satisfied! Seriously, the work/task was very straightforward but done with the minimum of fuss.

As a BMW owner for over twenty five years, I have always received good service, however recently our regular provider Coopers of Banstead merged with Mini Cooper and immediately deteriorated. We were recommended to vines and they have been amazing!

My car was returned to me with a fault (that I had not seen before) indicating that the battery was under voltage. The unsatisfactory response was that I needed to drive it more! Given that I had driven some 30 miles to the garage this was a surprise
Work carried out without any fuss. Staff were relaxed and smiled (not a false smile for the public). Car very clean on return even though it was VERY dirty when it went in.
Service was fine, took a little longer than expected. But facilities are good, car nice and clean upon return.
It was only a basic oil change
Would have been "Completely satisfied" except for not being kept informed of the delay in completing the work (even though the delay itself was for understandable reasons). It proved very difficult to make contact with anyone.
I had two problems since I got the car back and at least one I would have expected to have been spotted during the service - coolant very low. The other was the rear screen defrost light flashing & the front screen defrost blowing air into footwell

The very friendly and polite staff who picked up my car arrived when they said they would & delivered my car back on time. And it was lovely and clean too!

At present I have several BMWs all have electrical seats / memory seats. I sat with my list of options and took almost all available options with my new Z4 only to discover on delivery it did not have the electric seats. These are necessary for medic

When I collected the car the Valeting wasn't up to cratch, there were still the sticky marks on the windows

To be perfectly honest with you i would expect this from BMW otherwise I would go elsewhere. I've had 3 mini coopers from vines Redhill & dealt largely with Nick Weller. So I knew the experience would be brilliant
