The staff at the service counter were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the initial response I received from one of the salesmen was atrocious considering that he is essentially fronting the business
The people are very helpful and done quickly
Really helpful staff.
On arrival the electric was out in the area of the centre. They were able to replace the airbag but unable to complete a full check on my vehicle.
The service at Vines was excellent.
The centre lied about the date of service and the car was returned with a fault.
Previously good. On this occasion they tried to charge me £430 for rear tyres - claiming the existing were 'bald'. They are most definitely not. I also reported (repeat) suspension knock and 2 aircon faults - only one of three was fixed.
our sales representative was excellent very competent and had an excellent knowledge of his products (Mario Hale)
I think that when the vehicle was handed to us; they really bended over backwards to explain the intricacies of the car.
The service was very good.
Excellent service, very satisfied with the centre.
I was told that the repairs would be covered under warranty and on collecting the car was presented with a bill for over £300 as it turned out some of the components were, in fact, not covered. I remain disappointed with the outcome.
My windscreen washer warning came on that morning and I would have expected BMW to top it up. Also car was cleaned but being a black car it was covered in dirty water marks as it had not been dried off. I had the car cleaned again the following day.
We get pestered with phone calls, which is quite annoying.
It was good
It was returned with a warning light on and at first the centre was not very good but when i returned to the centre they were great
Justin was marvellous - extremely helpful and got everything sorted for me.
All very helpful.
The only thing that we were unhappy about was that they did not replace the protective rims; they were put in the boot.
They charge too much money.
Twice, messages not passed on to service dept. When a part had to be ordered, I was told that I would be phoned in about a week when the part had arrived. I heard nothing, so after a fortnight phoned dealer myself to find that it had in fact arrived.
I was very satisfied.
The Mot took longer than expected.
It is a bit expensive .
Some confusion caused due to BMW Crawley contacting me (I have always dealt with Vines Redhill) and booking the end of warranty check without telling me who they were. I went to Vines Redhill to find that I did not have an appointment.
Maddie was very effective.
Happy with the centre.
Alex who I have dealt with would be 5.0 but I am having problems with the fact that I have been told that my car has been modified, it was bought from a BMW Centre, it has been in with the same fault 3 times. The work will not be carried out under w
The airbag had to be reset.
The service was very good.
2 tyres were an issue and failed MOT.
Took my car in for a service it came out with out the computer reset so it kept asking for a service, and the drivers seat was damaged.
As I no longer live close to this dealership it was very useful to be able to wait while the car was serviced rather than take a courtesy car. This also game me the opportunity to have a look at the M4 which Steve Cutts kindly demonstrated.
They were as embarassed with the problem as I was annoyed and did all in their power to rectify the problem
