Couldn't collect the vehicle

Damage to two alloy wheels when replacing centre badges and subsequently found more damage to bumper which they had tried to cover up with touch up paint. Left message for service advisor to ring me. Still no return call received.
I do apologise I will ask the Aftersales Manager to call you straight away, this is very strange, if we damage a car in our passion we are very honest and we will tell you as accidents do happen from time to time.
Valet could have been better but this a minor point

At EVERY MEETING we said that we wanted our personal music from our BMW downloaded to the new car. AFTER 4 HOURS waiting on collection day, we were told this couldn't be done. This was totally unconvincing. Why had we not been alerted to this before?
