I would not recommend BMW Vines to anyone on this treatment
was 1st told Vines can hold car for 10 days as i was flying right from therebt on the day i was told they cannot ! as manager disagrees with service replater when i reached home later i was told car is at service centerwasted time and cab cost
The staff at the service counter were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, the initial response I received from one of the salesmen was atrocious considering that he is essentially fronting the business

On arrival the electric was out in the area of the centre. They were able to replace the airbag but unable to complete a full check on my vehicle.
The service at Vines was excellent.
The centre lied about the date of service and the car was returned with a fault.
Previously good. On this occasion they tried to charge me £430 for rear tyres - claiming the existing were 'bald'. They are most definitely not. I also reported (repeat) suspension knock and 2 aircon faults - only one of three was fixed.
I think that when the vehicle was handed to us; they really bended over backwards to explain the intricacies of the car.

I was told that the repairs would be covered under warranty and on collecting the car was presented with a bill for over £300 as it turned out some of the components were, in fact, not covered. I remain disappointed with the outcome.
My windscreen washer warning came on that morning and I would have expected BMW to top it up. Also car was cleaned but being a black car it was covered in dirty water marks as it had not been dried off. I had the car cleaned again the following day.
We get pestered with phone calls, which is quite annoying.

Justin was marvellous - extremely helpful and got everything sorted for me.

The only thing that we were unhappy about was that they did not replace the protective rims; they were put in the boot.
