My contact (Steve Cutts) came to me , picked up my car and then delivered it back the same day.All the issues dealt with.The car back beautiful and clean - and to top it all Steve is a very friendly guy who is a pleasure to deal with.
Friendly efficient prompt service.
The vehicle was booked in for an MOT on 13th Jan. New windscreen required. BMW as at today (25th Jan) have been unable to supply one.
Everything done to time
In terms of the technical service I was very happy but the car came back with grease marks across the doors and smears across the Windows

The staff are all amazing, I actually enjoy my time whilst waiting for the car to be serviced.
Issue still not resolved - didn't fix the problem that I asked BMW to look into. Then reconnected a part that I already knew was broken only to tell me that this was the problem. Trying to get the issue resolved have phoned at least 6 times.
It wasn't completed fully to my satisfaction. When the sunroof is ajar it creaks.
The service was good but I had to wait for two tyres.
Although the experience was not without significant issues, we did appreciate the efforts made to correct errors and make things good quickly.
Tried Vines after visitng my nearest centre (Coopers Banstead) who seemed pretty disinterested. Met Nick Wheller there, who was fantsatic. Easy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the product and went out his way to arrange numerous test drives.
The overall experience was the sales person. He was excellent from start to finish. The 'fly in the ointment' was delay in recieving our car (delayed by 3 weeks) which was very annoying as going away for Christmas and had to make other arrangements.
Everything went OK, except that I had been given a delivery date of Dec. 14. This could not be met, and so handover was put back to Dec. 22. Too close to Christmas.
My wife and I were made to feel very welcome and valued. Also the lady who dealt with us was very courteous.
Every effort was made to make the service at every level personal to our needs & to keep us fully informed
I picked the car up from a mid point, never visited the showroom. My contact did an excellent job and could not have done more to help.
The service by all the team was outstanding, especially Nick. His passion for the product along with his technical knowledge secured my confidence that I was buying the right car. Branch manager Dylon and the finance adviser Robin both get 100% too!
Only reason we came back to buy another X3 was because of the remarkable service Redhill have given us since we bought the first X3 in October 2013. They are completely in keeping with the BMW brand giving quality and exceptional customer service
