They did make a mistake on my tyres, they gave me one Goodyear tyre and I noticed a difference. They gave me a refund on the tyre. They did replace the airbag.

It was "just" an MOT, and the service was, as usual, excellent.Having to pay more than twice as much for a tyre was a bit of a shock. I would expect Vines to be more expensive than a tyre dealer, and I'm happy with that, but that was a bit too much!

I used VInes for my service and repairs sometime ago & during one of such visit, I was given a repair quote but wasn't able to proceed at that time. However, I recently took it in for diagnostic but the quote given was 500% more for the same repairs.

I was happy with the work carried out but was absolutely disgusted that someone had taken money from my car. I cleared out my car and left some money in it because I had a slow puncture and left it there in case I needed to pump up my tyres on my way

The receptionist made me feel a bit inadequate because I didn't have a service plan. Also despite the staff noting the windscreen fluid was low, they didn't top this up for me. It would've been a nice gesture to do this as part of the service!
