Terrible! We were like lied to and also made to feel like it was OUR fault when we questioned it.
I was kept waiting for my vehicle after arriving despite having been told it was ready, the vehicle was then produced unwashed and sun glasses & car park season ticket were found to be missing Phone call not returned about missing items
The car was originally serviced before holiday. Whilst 1400 miles from home we had repeated engine warning lights and permanent brake fluid service message. It then took 3 weeks to get the car booked in at my local centre. Engine mgmt light is now on
Would have given full marks but very disappointed in the price quoted for a new tyre. This could make me take the car to have it 's Mot elsewhere .
my car was in for body shop minor repairs and painting, as my car is old in BMW's eyes I didn't want any problem with matching the colour so I booked it into the BMW body shop so that I could have the repairs carried out to BMW standard.

2 CD's were jammed and you freed them in half an hour and charged 50% of the quote.
Had the car booked in for an MOT. MOT failed because the nozzles was not spraying water to the headlights and the windscreen. Solution: fill up the windscreen reservoir with water. It was misleading by saying that the nozzles are blocked.
My car was serviced very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned when I collected it.
Service advisors were polite and professional, kept me well informed, offered lift to station.

I booked a service by calling the Redhill branch directly. The process took far too long and I wasn't confident in the ability of the person who made the booking. On the day of the service I arrived to be told my car was booked in at Gatwick! Awful.
Estimated time for the service was correct. service staff polite and attentive keeping me informed. car cleaned to a satisfactory standard
Even though my car is 6 years old and I was dressed like a tramp I was dealt with the same as the other, much better dressed customers whom had much newer cars!! :)
I don't know whether it was my mistake but the car had been booked into Vines Gatwick not Vines Redhill as I had intended. You contacted Gatwick and still did the work that same day so I experienced no inconvenience.
I was very impressed with the the service given to me by both Ellis & Alex when I needed a replacement tyre the original having a slow punture, a vehicle health check was also carried out. Very satisfactory customer experience at Vines Redhill.
Service desk provided excellent service.
When my car was returned from it's service, the computer had not been reset and it is still telling me on the dashboard that it is overdue for a service. I also received some paperwork regarding the service that was not for my car.
I always find the staff at vines Redhill very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The problem the car was brought in for was not addressed, instead I was charged for a diagnostic which was unnecessary and quoted nearly £600 pounds to fix a problem which does not exist

Having booked the car in for a Warantee job, all we agreed to do was carried out. Whilst waiting upstairs to handover the key, a very polite and helpful lady from reception took the time to ask if I was being dealt with and we had a chat. Great
Finished repair to high standards
I was very satisfied.
The car was fixed under warranty (unfortunately it broke in the first place) due to a weekend in between I was without the car for the best part of Friday to cop Monday. Which Was unfortunate however the service staff did keep me informed

I was asked if I would pay before the car was ready so that they could meet their quarters targets. This I did and was told that for being so helpful the car would be filled with fuel. It was not. The manual was not given to me. Come and pick it up

Handover was excellent. Would prefer to have more regular and formal updates prior to handover date (eg formal confirmation of build spec, pricing etc) so we don't worry about these.
